Sir / Madam,
if i want to start partnership firm ( service ), which documents are required , secondly what account needs to be maintain, also plz suggest ,what other things i should look for to start firm as its providing services

dear vikrant, get the good partner and as below mentioned.
1. partnership deed (rs.1000)
2. partners id & address proof
3. partners pan card
4. id & address proof of business
5. rental agreement if rented premise.
6. firm pan card
7. firm tan card.
procedure:
first apply firm registration with point no.1 to 5. (approx 7 to 10 days)
then apply pan card with support of firm registration certificate. (approx 10 to 15days it will take)
then apply tan card with support of firm registration certificate and pan card.(approx 10 to 15days it will take)
finally you may register with department of commercial tax or service tax as applicable.
hope this is enough.
