Dear Sir,
A assessee whose liable for audit u/s 44AB and whose net wealth is below 30 lacs.
Whether it is mandatatory to file nil return of wealth tax for the FY 2013-14 ?
Please clarify.

Since the net wealth is below 30 lakhs no need to file nil return of wealth tax even you are liable for tax audit.
