Hi. I have a confusion related to the New wealth tax return filing online. Is it now compulsory for every individual/huf to file wealth tax return if they are audited under 44ab even if they have net wealth below 30 lakhs or the individual huf who are covered in wealth tax law ie having net wealth above 30 lakes and are audited too under 44ab are required to file such return online? To me the second one is correct. But a senior confided me. Kindly guide.
