Dear Eminent Experts
Need Your guidance on following issue:-
We are Manufacturer of Auto Components and Supply to Two Wheeler Manufacturers.
Our Manufactured parts are sold on warranty for three years. Within warranty period any if defect found our Customer send us the part on DELIVERY CHALLAN CUM DEBIT NOTE and does not pay excise duty as goods removed on DC.
We only Credit the customers account and dont give any replacement, as customer has already debited our Account in their books.
Under the given circumstances could you highlight the excise implication on our Organisations
