Waiver of roc late fine for llp firm

16 April 2018 sir my firm established in 1st august as a start up, but we had done a mistake that till now we don't submit the ROC return, now our CA told that it will be fine near about 50k, but our firm is not profitable & we are just struggling. so is there any scope to waive or reduce some amount of fine. please help we are totally blind..thanks in advance.

16 April 2018 on which first August did you incorporate and which form you didn't file?

17 April 2018 @Nikhil Kaushik sir, we have incorporate in 1st august 2016 & till now we haven't file regarding any form of LLP.actually our CA said we have to file from 3 & another two form which amount is 60-70k.

17 April 2018 unfortunately he is right....as your annual filings are also pending for FY 2016-17
