13 January 2014 Dear All,

Could any body give me an example of format of Visiting Card of CAs in employment in accordance with the ICAI regulations? I mean they must write their names as CA MY NAME or MY NAME Chartered Account. Then after Chartered Account, how it would be to write Designation.

Kindly give a format.

13 January 2014 Dear Goongan,

You shall write CA as the Initials in your full name which replaces Mr/Miss/Mrs.

There is no format as such for CA visiting cards but one shall follow the guidelines of the institute. You may use logo of CAs and E-mail Id, Contact details and address of your residence and office. But you can not write about various services that you provide and the clients that you serve. It violets the regulations for CAs.

13 January 2014 I am Working as Account Officer in Indian Oil Corporation. Can I Use Logo and Name of Indian Oil Corporation in My Visiting Card.

13 January 2014 Dear Goongan,

Since you are working as an employee you can have a logo of your Employer but you can not use logo of CA. At the same time you can use prefix CA in your name or simply write Accounts officer below your name. Moreover you cna use e-mail id of yours in Corporate. e.g. Goongan@indianoil.in.

My relative is also in Indian Oil - Gujarat Refinery and the format of visitin cards that the Corporation prepares is standard and you can not change that too.

So I summerise here...
Write your name: CA Goongan
Below your name: Designation (Accounts Officer)
Corporate E-mail id: --------------

13 January 2014 If you are making your personal visiting card the nyou may use CA logo but NO logo of Indian Oil Corporation. U may use your personal e-mail id in it.
