WHILE MAKING PAYMENT OF ADVANCE TAX OF A CLIENT IN DECEMBER 2011 THE PAN NUMBER WAS WRONGLY ENTERED BY ME. NOW THE CREDIT OF THE AMOUNT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN 26AS. THE PAN ENTERED DOES NOT EXISTS. WHAT CAN BE DONE TO GET THE CREDIT OF THAT ADVANCE TAX ?
