Voluntary Disclosure Scheme was introduced in 1997.
Any special clause for Government employees was there or it was same for general public, Govt. Employees, Politicians etc.

it was same for everyone. may be the worst scheme ever launched. instead of confiscating the 100% of the income, the govt gave immunity and just charged 30%. Same is being done now in VCES.
