dear all,
i have no knowledge about VAT/SALE TAX,and i want to know about it. so please send me a link for full knowledge about sale tax "like.......starting of tax-ability,registration process/forms,composition scheme,etc.....please help me

Mr Author,
All states are auhtorised to levy tax sale of goods by the Constitution of India. VAT(value added tax) is another form of sals tax.You may refer to any one of the state VAT web site,read the Acts,rules,notifications,circulars and schedules to know in detail the VAT laws e.g.www.ctax.gov.nic.in.Similarly,dvat for Delhi,APVAT for A>P TNVAT for TN etc...MJK
