I want to know
whether a beauty parlour can avail VAT Credit on raw material purchased from local dealer against the vat charged on the products sold by the parlour.

Vat credit is allowed to you only if you are not opting for any composition scheme under Vat law.

YEs var credit will be allowed only if you are registered dealer
