for all dealer even under compostion

20 January 2010 Last date of filling E-704 is 31/01/10.
Last date for filling hard copy of Part I, Acknl., statement of submission and IT Audit Report is 10/02/10.
Annexure of purchases is to be filed by dealers taking set off only.
So composition dealers need not fill those annexures.

20 January 2010 Thanks Pls. explain if we are having diff in annual return filing and as per balance sheet fiqure-----------1. can we file revised return or how to pay diff of tax amount

20 January 2010 If you are having diffrence in annual consolidation of returns and anuual return working then you have to revise the return for the period in which difference exist. If suppose any excess liability arises then you have to pay tax in form 210 along with interest @ 1.25% p.m.
