In trading business is it necessary that the item descriptiton on purchase bill sholud match with sales bill?
does any one know that how can Karnataka Vat @ 14% be reflected in VAT TAx Class in Tally.... if the company info is given Maharashtra state while creating the company?

1. yes. trading business, what ever you purchase you will sell it off, so description also will match
