vat paid on hotel bills ( official visit) can a real estate co. take credit.

hotel bills are not input for out put vat, input credit not available
even such expenses are disallowed in incometax, if found excess in ratio to business

Vat input credit is not applicable for hotel bills in real estate . only construction related bills are applicable for VAT input credit.
