Dear Professionals.
one of the my client 100% EOU granite exporter. in the case they sale used gantry rail to another EOU. He raised invoice collect vat 4%. Is it correct or not. If correct which under section of TN VAT.

Charging 4% VAT is correct.

In TN VAT your client is correct if he is charching 4% VAT
