whether VAT is applicable on sale of fixed assets, if yes thenif he is not registered under VAT provisions then whts the remedy pls reply me

VAT will be applicable on sale of fixed assets, but if the seller not a regular trader and not required to register under VAT then no necessary to charge VAT
