I have taken Excise mfg. licence from mid of the year. There was Cenvat duty balance on closing stock . How to give effect of Cenvat duty on cl. & op. stock of both period i.e. before and after obtaining mfg. licence and in P & L Accounts ?

You can take the cencat credit on the accumulated stock.
