Whether the Audit Report Filed with Digital Signature of Assessee and Chartered Accountant is valid for Income Tax Purpose. Please clarify with citation , if any or Circular of Income Tax Department or Guidance notes of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Income Tax Return and ROC returns are signed digitally by the assessee and the same accepted by the both departments. However a ROC Return will be digitally signed by a CS or CA in addition to a Director.
However I have not seen any audit report signed digitally by the Auditor or CA.
