Useful life of computer software

09 July 2015 One of my client has installed SAP software worth Rs.500000/-, in this regard I want to know as per Companies Act 2013 what will be the useful life of SAP software.

Kindly advice.

09 July 2015 No life has been prescribed for software under companies Act 2013. Being SAP software which will be useful for long time , consider the life as 10 years and charge depreciation.
