We have a employees gratuity trust, whose fund are being managed by ICICI.
This trust is an un-registered one.
Can you let me know, what is the mandatory requirement of record maintenance of meetings of trustees & its permitted frequency ?

It is advisable to get the trust registered the record keeping will be mentioned in the Trust's Deed However in this case as its managed by ICICI check out this aspect with them to avoid duplication.

There is no mandatory requirement for meeting of trustees. It depends on the requirements are stated in your trust deed
