29 June 2010 an Employer (university) has given to some employee both Rent Free Fully Furnished house(Quarters)and HRA . Employer can provide both HRA & Rent FREE is the(university) correct in what it is doing . if not tell me the section and case laws relating to that

30 June 2010 Thank You Ramesh . but i want to know whether Employer can provide both Rent Free Fully Furnished house(Quarters)and HRA . is there any restriction on employer not to do so
