i have to know the ups deprication rate as per income tax consider to computer rate 60% if any notification and case decis on please provide me.

Can be depreciated @60% for income tax purpose.

CIT v Orient Ceramics & Industries Ltd (2011) 56 DTR 397 ( Delhi): held that Depreciation is allowable on UPS @ 60%.
