Updating of digital signature

As I tried to update the signature by going through the mca site ,the digital signature certificate can't be selected.what might be the reason of the same?& how to register the same.

Server is not working properly since 27-3-2016. This may a reason for your issue. Solution is contact Helpdesk at 0124-4832500, or raise a service complaint.
