WHETHER UN - EXPLAINED HUGE CASH WITHDRAWALS FROM BANK ACCOUNT ARE TAXABLE OR NOT.

Section 69C talks about unexplained expenditure. Withdrawals can NOT be treated as expenditure.
But you have to be careful with section 69A...unexplained money etc. AND section 69B...Amount of invstment etc.
