I have two heavy truck for fy 2013-14 one truck income for the year 45000 and and another truck income 90000 so my question is can I get the benefit u/s 44ae.

You can't get the benefit of section 44AE.

why can't he. There are two trucks. He can easily disclose Rs 1.2 lakhs as income (rs 5000 per truck per month). The overall income is Rs 1.35 lakhs here. So there is no shortage.

The present limit is Rs 7500 per truck per month that is why the question is raised.

did you check the FY mentioned in the query? it is FY 2013-14. Rs 7500 is applicable from which date? 1 April 2015!
