30 May 2015 I have two heavy truck for fy 2013-14 one truck income for the year 45000 and and another truck income 90000 so my question is can I get the benefit u/s 44ae.

31 May 2015 why can't he. There are two trucks. He can easily disclose Rs 1.2 lakhs as income (rs 5000 per truck per month). The overall income is Rs 1.35 lakhs here. So there is no shortage.

31 May 2015 The present limit is Rs 7500 per truck per month that is why the question is raised.

31 May 2015 did you check the FY mentioned in the query? it is FY 2013-14. Rs 7500 is applicable from which date? 1 April 2015!
