Pls any Advice for under Section 80 C for Housing Loan for Payment for Behalf of Father's Loan because Father has no any Income, Can i Claim Housing Loan Repayment Loan in My Income Tax return

No. You can not claim the deduction in your return. Deduction can only be claimed by your father.
