30 May 2012 Hello everyone,

i am unable to view the 26AS staement on incomet tax website.

inspite of entering correct DOB then also erron is shwon that "insufficient details".

just 4-5 days back i was able to view the 26AS and now i cannot view the 26As of those clients alos whose 26AS i had viewed earlier.

i called in the incometax dept and they gave me NSDL number.

i called on NSDL no. but it is always busy ?

I am waiting for the views of exerts because there will be many who might be facing this problem ?

30 May 2012 Almost all assessees are facing the problem. If you call CPC, they ask you to call NSDL.

When you finally get through to an NSDL executive, he/she gives another number and asks you to call Aayakar Sampark Kendra.

When you finally get through to this number, he/she tells you that there is some problem with the website and the same will be resolved "SOON".

I will suggest that wait for some time for the problem to be resolved.
