27 September 2015 Expert sir I got the letter from IT us 133(6) asking my Fd nd account detail. Can i revise my IT return before submiting it to IT oficer? I have wrongly shown interest amount in return. So can i revise it and show the corect amount? ist deemed escaped income ? as i m revising after receiving The above intimation. plese help me.

Simultaneously give the reply to 133(6) notice as well

27 September 2015 Amol sir I wil revise the return before giving the rply to AO. but wud it amount to escaped income? as in 147 & 143 assesment if we revis the return aftr issue of notice of 148 & 143(2) it is considered as undisclosed income. So im confused if i revise then wil it b considerd as undisclosed incom for 136 notic also?

28 September 2015 133(6) comes by way of Calling for information. So you can very well revise the return without getting attracted towards escaped income and all that. (Care be taken that by doing so, you might escape 133(6), but bad impression is likely to be created about you.)
