Pls.suggest.

An individual having income from salary (as a teacher in a school) as well as income from tuition fee.

Now in which head tuition fee will be taxable.

which form of ITR he have to fill. in Last year he also taxed the tuition income under Business income but filled the form ITR 1
is it right or not

28 March 2012 In last AY he have taxed the income under the business profession head but used the form ITR1. is it right or not.

28 March 2012 How can that be possible? ITR 1 does not include business income. He must have shown under Income from Other Sources.

28 March 2012 the in come is not exceeds the maximum limit of tax (i.e 180000) including salary.
can he show such tuition income under other sources.
