Sir,
Is turnover of Sales against Form - (i) , comes under Excise limit (1.50 Cr)...
I mean to ask sales against form-i we will count in excise limit sales or not...

Export sale will not be count for the purpose of SSI (1.5cr) exemption.

Thank you sir for your reply... but SALES AGAINST FORM " i " is not Export Sales...
Form - i Sales is done to SEZ Area... and they issue Form - i to seller.
So Please clear this sir..
