30 October 2010 My company want to create a trust.Which method of geeting the trust registered is better and why? that is to say whether it should be floated thru a Trust deed on stamp paper and get it registered or to form a society...Please suggest..u can also call on 9811737890(MOHIT) for handling this task as a proffessional assignment.

30 October 2010 If landed property is involved, trust deed should necessarily be in stamp paper and should be registered in the sub-registry otherwise can choose other options.
