22 September 2015 Dear experts,
company manufacturing plant in haryana and it's warehouse is in delhi, from delhi's warehouse goods will be distribute to it's customer. my Query is :- company is haryana based the final goods will be sent to delhi warehouse for sale purpose. plz let me know what is procedure to send the goods from haryana to delhi warehouse...........

22 September 2015 After payment of excise duty you can transfer the goods from factory to warehouse then you can sale the goods from warehouse.

23 September 2015 sir as per your view after payment of excise duty we can transfer the goods to warehouse. but in whom name do i need to make invoice to made the excise payment...
