08 June 2012 A company created a charge in the year 2006 .As on today the company has received NOC.Is there any requirement of removal of charge so that it no more gets reflected in the index of charges of the company?????

Please confirm, whether u have filed Form-8 with ROC in 2006 at the time of creation of charge and u get the ID for such charges.

If you have such charge ID, then you file Form-17 with ROC along with satisfaction letter/NOC from bank regarding no payment due from borrower against loan taken and attached the same with Form-17.
