06 January 2010 I hope you mean survey?
If say cash is found excess then
Cash A/c. Dr
To Capital A/c.
At he time of computaion add such excess to income.

If say stock is found excess then
Stock A/c. Dr
to Capital.
At end of year closing stock will show incresed value and it will automaticaly form part of income
