Dear experts,
pls guide,
our company has transfered its production unit from one place to another place.
how to pass entries in tally effecting the above transaction.
cenvat credit transfered on capital goods say eg. 1 crore
cenvat credit transfered on inputs say 50 lacs
from unit A TO B.

You need to transfer all asset and liability. The finished goods cannot be transfer because after transfer of finished goods you cannot take the cenvat credit.
