pls let me know that how an individual can transfer land in his own name to his HUF so that it will not get hit by clubbing of Income. Also by which conditions one can account for agriculture income in his books. What are the pre-conditions to book agriculture income in the books.

Make a proper agreement of sale for adequate consideration. Transfer the money from huf to individual.
