For transfer of articleship, **you do NOT need to send your ID card again** with Form 109 and Form 103 if you have already submitted it earlier during your initial registration.
Just make sure to send the duly signed forms with other necessary documents (like consent letter, if required) to ICAI.
If ICAI specifically asks for any additional documents, they will notify you.
