I have applied for registration for articleship.However i want to take a transfer.so can i simultaneously apply for transfer before I am registered?
please help me.

I will suggest you to contact the Institute and request to register new in place of earlier principal.

hi...sir....thnx for your reply...but I have worked for 3 months with earlier Principle...so if I register directly with new Principle den my 3 months will waste.sir but I can apply for transfer before I am registered?

No question of any transfer before registration. (Hope you have learnt the first lesson in articleship...... the curiosity which you are showing right now be continued through out the rest of your life. 02. Had you shown the same before 3 months... this pity situation would not have arisen. Please remember this all along your life. This will give you additional courage to satisfy your curiosity) Best luck.

26th September I had applied for articleship registration with effect from 31/08/2012.However my registration was incomplete due to error in form number 112.I have submitted the same on 20th November.But now I want to take transfer.so can I submit 109 before the new 112 is accepted?

Yes. You can do the same. Your articleship has started with effect from 31/08/2012. You can very well assume that you have put into the course of transmission the requisite form... i.e.112. You are eligible for transfer.
