Dear Experts and friends,
Is there any way at this point of time to take transfer from my present employer despite the regulations stipulated by the ICAI. I have some issues with my present employer(personal),
Please advice me as to how to take transfer. I am very depressed, pls help me out.....

at any time during your articleship period you can get a transfer. Just discuss the issue with your Principal and with mutual consent you can take Termination.. fill the form 109 and send to ICAI
