Transfer in second year

hello sir,
my article started on 6/11/2013. i don't want to continue in my firm my second year is going on and my principle is ready to give me transfer. i want to change because want to learn everything about tax in my firm there is no sales tax and vat.. can i get permission from institute for transfer? Please help
