Transfer in 1st year of articleship

28 December 2012 hello,
i have a query regarding the reason for transfer in the 1st year of articleship.
Can i take transfer on the basis that i am staying in hostel and due to my continuous ill health, i need to return back at my home town ???
Another thing is that, In the transfer form, they don't ask reason.. then where do we need to give our explanation for the same ?
Please reply as early as possible.

In first year of articles ship you can take transfer without any reason. In first year you are free to take transfer by filing of Form-109 with Institute signed by your principal.
