23 May 2014 Dear Expert, Can any one plz help me on this one… I want to take transfer from my current employer on the grounds of that i am getting an opportunity of different exposure in an another firm…..so can i do it….i am into end of my 1st year of articleship. i.e. 10 months….plz reply.

23 May 2014 just execute form 109 with the current principal and Form 102 and 103 with the new principal. Submit Form 109 and 103 to ICAI.
