Tranfer of money by Non-resident

Amount transferred by non-resident Indian on which taxed is already paid outside the country, whether the amount transferred to his relative(brother) resident in India to be shown in ITR return, If yes where in ITR ?whether it is taxable in hands of his brother and whether there is any limit in transferring the amount ???

It can be shown under exempt income in the return.
It is not taxable, no limit for such transfer.
