Is there any provision regarding gap between signing of audit report and calling of AGM of pvt ltd in company law ?

Minimum 21 days gap. Inference - corollary to section 96(1) of Co's Act ,2013.

SIR ..my question relates to..audit report of pvt. ltd was signed in JUNE 2019 for FY 18-19...now AGM notice was sent in SEPTEMBER ..IS this correct
