or
ii. 29/03/2012 to 31/03/2012 i.e 3 days

The firs meeting of the Board should be conducted with in 30 days from the date of incorporation.

The First financial year should be decided in first Board Meeting and i will suggest you to consider first option for the deciding your first financial year.
