Threshold for service tax

Hi,
our Pvt. Ltd company has registered for Service tax this year but we will not cross the threshold limit of 10 this year and we have paid service tax for around 2 lacs on input services.
Please advise if we can avail the credit for this input by filing the return.

Then You Just Also Pay Service Tax on Output Service Whether Its Exceed 10 Lacs or Not.
Then You Can Claim Input Credit Also.

Ok, but the output service tax is only around 10k this year. If we deposit this tax, can you let us know how would the input of 2 lac treated this year.

Yes, Then Op 10k, and Input 2 Lacs, you can adjust 1.9lacs next year
