TDS under section 194J inclusive of reimbursement of expenses

25 November 2024 whether TDS under section 194J to be deducted inclusive of reimbursement of expenses, when professional charges and reimbursement of expenses received in same invoice. If any circular , please circular No. also.

26 November 2024 According to Circular No. 715, TDS must be deducted from the gross amount of the bill, which includes reimbursements unless they are distinctly documented as pure reimbursements without any profit element
