a person receives insurance commission. as per form 16A total amount less than 250000. whether he has to file ITR. for A.Y. 2016-17. if yes how

you can download excel utility or java utility of ITR -IV from Income tax site. And then after you will fill the ITR-IV & uplod the XML file through online.

no need to file ITR if our Gross Total income is Below 250000

If, TDS deducted & received Form 16A and you want to claim your tds amount for refund then its compulsory file ITR.
