IS IT REQUIRED TO FILE TDS RETURNS IF FOR THE QTR TDS AMOUNT IS NIL. THERE ARE NO TDS CHALLANCS

Ni need to file Nil TDS return. You just need to submit an online declaration for non filing of TDS statement.
