Our comapny is making payment of foreign exchange to a comapny in US to access the company site. Will these access fees paid attract TDS u/s 195?

If you are remitting money from India in Foreign Exchange and the service is rendered in India, payment made is liable for TDS u/s 195 of the Income Tax Act. The rate depends as per Double treaty.
