i am giving my service to a trust against which they provide me Rs 3000 Per month and deduct TDS U/S 194j rs 300,
now how can i file my return can i fille itr1 ??????

Since TDS is deducted u/s 194J income will be treated as PROFESSIONAL income which is taxable under the head Income from Business or Profession.
Accordingly you will have to file ITR 4.
